ENERTEK - Pulse Gas Engine
This heavy-duty engine for the Electric Power Generation , truck, train and ship Engine Application. Powered by its exclusive combination of any gas fuel , Methanol Vapor fuel and Organic Rankine Cycle (‘ORC’) turbines, Its patented engine promises to disrupt the EV and hydrogen fuel-cell industry with ultra-high efficiency, zero emissions, unmatched driving range and affordability.
HyOrc: Energy coversion
- Oxygen and Hydrogen are mixed in precise proportions before entering 4 specially designed pulse combustion chambers.
- Spark plugs ignite the Oxygen-Hydrogen mixture, creating a well-timed series of controlled explosions which create high temp/velocity H2O vapour travelling down to the first stage of our specially designed Organic Rankine cycle turbine.
- Up to 8 pulses per second per chamber are initiated. A total of 32 pulses are initiated at maximum power with 7,500rpm maximum turbine speed.
- More water vapor is produced using the “jacket heat” of the 4 combustion chambers, adding second stage power to the ORC turbine, thus boosting engine power and efficiency.
